A Century of Canadian National as Modeled in HO
by Dave Geisler

This slide show will spotlight the chronological evolution of locos, rolling stock, paint schemes, and interesting oddities that have appeared on the CN since the late 19th century. This will also include the major U.S. subsidiaries e.g. Grand Trunk, Grand Trunk Western, and pre-CN amalgamation fallen flags including Canadian Northern, Grand Trunk Pacific, and Intercolonial Railway of Canada.

Dave Geisler has been RR modeling since 1955. Having been raised in the Detroit area in the '50s, he witnessed the transition era from steam to diesel. He now lives in Meriden, CT. Dave's models have often won "Best in Show" awards.

Amherst Railway Society appreciation day at the Shelburne Falls Trolley Museum.

Amherst Railway Society is looking for a new Treasurer! Due to the increase in his own business, David Royce has informed the board he will not be continuing in the position of Treasurer. If anyone is interested in becoming Treasurer, please contact one of the Officers or Board Members. The position of Treasurer is an important one, and David has served us well.

Steamtown Sarari June 2 & 3, 2001! This is a great trip to Steamtown in Scranton, PA. We should once again have our own private business car for the train ride. For more info, see Doug Moore or call 413-436-7071.

3. Conductor or Brakeman's uniform.
