John Sacerdote

 
John Sacerdote - President

At the June business meeting, John Sacerdote took over as Amherst Railway Society President. He will serve a two-year term. For the past year, John has served on the Board of Directors as President-Elect.

John is a life-long railroad enthusiast and model railroader. 

John is well known as the Director of Amherst’s Railroad Hobby Show. He will continue in that role as well.

Professionally, John is a consultant and trainer for the recruiting and staffing industry. Previously, John was President of the National Association of Personnel Services until his retirement in 2014.

Amherst Finds A Home
 
On July 21, The Amherst Railway Society completed the purchase of a building and land in Palmer, MA that will serve as our Headquaters for the organization.
